Electric, MIDI, and Acoustic Drum Tracks by
Online Session Drummer Andy Gentile

Welcome!

Are you having trouble programming drum parts? It's not easy. You might be finding yourself scouring google for videos, articles, tips or tricks on how to get it all to sound natural, but when it comes down to it, in order to get a good programmed drum track for your demo you need to have a lot of experience. It's almost as difficult as playing an instrument as a whole. Being a drummer definitely helps, but even then you'll be tweaking, moving, and adjusting for days, weeks, and months trying to get that human feel.

If you need help, just drop me a line on my contact page, and I can usually have you something for you within 24 hours for free. All I ask is that you credit me, and come back for more!

My day job was doing MIDI work on every Guitar Hero since Guitar Hero 3 (that's about 9 titles and over 400 tracks including DLC). I've been doing this stuff for years, and I always love to work on new music.

If you want to take it further than a free MIDI demo, I can record acoustic drums in a local studio with their gear as well.

The end product is what it's all about. I want to hear from YOU!

Welcome

Online Session Drum Tracks from Andy Gentile

Hi!

I've put together this page to spread the word about Online Session Drumming, and hopefully to help people who are struggling with writing, playing, and/or programming drum parts.

When most people think "session drummer" they think Dave Weckl and Vinnie Colaiuta. We're no longer in the times where you have need a big budget to book a session drummer. All you need is the time to contact one over the internet, and you can start making headway with no upfront costs or costly studio time, and without even leaving your house.

I love what I do, and I hope this site reflects that well.

As always, you can shoot me a message through the contact page, follow me on twitter, read my music blog, or even send me an IM.

Make good music!
